i didn't really workout last week so this week i wanted to make sure i did it. yesterday was a really nice workout. i did 600 crunches, 6 sets of 100, and then inbetween those i did some weight lifting and some pull ups. i only liftd 165 then 155 yesterday, i nice amount. saturday night i did successfully lift 200 again. i haven't tried in a while since i usually workout by myself. soon i'd like to try for 210. my goal is that i would like to do 10 sets of 100 crunches. gotta keep the ol stomach flat.
in other news, this weekend is going to be fucking tremendous. first of all because emily the beautiful will be here, and secondly because it's time to go see nine inch nails. i can't fucking wait.
